1. Use of ice cubes

A handy vacuum can lift out those loose chunks. Take a sponge and soak it in water and blot the spot. Avoid rubbing as it will push the stain more into the fibres of the carpet. The heat of the water will help to break the remaining slime. Blot the area with a dry cloth after one or two minutes.
3. Use Of Club Soda
It is the same as the hot water cleaning method, but club soda will encourage the cleaning power. Club soda contains carbonic acid, which will eat the stain. Use some type of blunt scraper to take out the dried slime as much as possible. Take a spray bottle and fill it with club soda and sprinkle it on the spot properly. Let it sit for five minutes before absorbing it with a dry piece of cloth.

2. Combine 2 parts white vinegar and one part warm water in a spray bottle and roll well.
3. Generally, spray some vinegar mixture on the remaining part of the slime spot. Let it soak. You may also notice the slime will begin to break down on contact.
